Our papers:
We have handpicked a selection of beautiful papers and framing options which have been tested with our images, to bring you a Fine Art Print that will enhance your chosen area of display. All of our images have been selected from thousands of others and we believe represent how Vanessa sees the underwater world. There are countless hours behind these images and we’re proud to bring to you our favourite water scenes.
If you’re unsure of what’s best for you, we’re always available to help make a decision.
- Ilford Gold Fibre Gloss 310 gsm
This paper is ideal if you’re looking at framing this image behind a glass or printing in black and white, it has the feel of traditional darkroom paper, with a gentle warm tone and offers an exceptional wide range for colour, detail and tonality. If you’re after a traditional photo paper with a semi gloss finish, this is the one.
- Bauhaus Metallic High White 240 gsm
This paper is perfect if you’re choosing one of our acrylic framing options due to its high white pearlescent metallic effect. This microporous, resin coated photo paper with a high gloss features a unique metallic surface that provides extreme sharpness and depth and will make this image stand out at any location.
- Hemp Fibre 60% – Cotton 40% – White 290 gsm
This paper belongs to our natural line using one of the oldest and most diverse natural fibres in the world. The lightly textured surface gives the paper a pleasant, silky feel and thanks to the bright white colour of the hemp fibres, no optical brighteners are required. Colours and details are brilliantly depicted, the depth of the black truly stands out and contrasts are reproduced with stunning effect. Hemp was an essential part of paper production for centuries, and due to its extremely robust fibres, it has often been used for long-lasting historical documents, such as the Gutenberg Bible and the US Declaration of Independence. If you know Vanessa, she’s passionate about sustainability and re-using, so we’re very happy that we can incorporate such an option for our customers.
